建筑產(chǎn)品CE認證（CPD指令）概述：
為了規(guī)范歐盟各成員國對建筑產(chǎn)品的管理，使歐盟各成員國關(guān)于建筑產(chǎn)品的法律、法規(guī)和行政規(guī)定協(xié)調(diào)一致，1988年12月21日，歐共體理事會頒布了Construction products 89/106/EEC 指令。
建筑產(chǎn)品CE認證（CPD指令）保證其境內(nèi)的建筑物和土木工程在設(shè)計與施工上不對人、家畜(禽)、財產(chǎn)的安全構(gòu)成威脅。該指令不僅關(guān)系到建筑物的安全，而且關(guān)系到健康、使用壽命、節(jié)約能源、環(huán)境保護、經(jīng)濟因素和其他公共利益方面的重要因素。
建筑產(chǎn)品CE認證(CPD指令)核心要求：
產(chǎn)品必須適用于符合其預(yù)定用途的建筑工程(整個工程和工程的各獨立部分)，同時要考慮到經(jīng)濟性，就此而論，工程必須在遵守包含以下基本要求的法規(guī)條件下滿足這些要求。在正常維護的情況下，這些要求必須在經(jīng)濟合理的使用壽命內(nèi)得到滿足。本要求通常涉及可預(yù)期的行動。
1.機械阻力及穩(wěn)定性
建筑工程的設(shè)計和施工必須使其在施工和使用過程中可能承受的載荷不會導致下列事故的發(fā)生：
工程整體或部分倒塌；
變形嚴重到不允許的程度；
承載結(jié)構(gòu)嚴重變形，引起工程其他部分或裝置或安裝的設(shè)備遭到損壞；
事故造成的損壞與初衷不相稱。
2.防火安全
建筑工程的設(shè)計和施工必須在突發(fā)火災(zāi)時：
使結(jié)構(gòu)承載能力維持一段特定的時間；
使工程范圍內(nèi)火、煙的產(chǎn)生與蔓延受到限制；
使火勢向臨近建筑工程的蔓延受到限制；
使人員能逃離該工程或以其他方式得到營救；
使救援人員的安全得到考慮。
3.衛(wèi)生、健康與環(huán)境
建筑工程的設(shè)計和施工必須保證其不對工程范圍內(nèi)的人員或鄰里的衛(wèi)生和健康構(gòu)成威脅，尤其不能發(fā)生下列情況：
釋放有毒氣體；
空氣中出現(xiàn)有害微?；驓怏w；
釋放有害輻射；
對土壤或水造成污染和毒化；
對廢水、煙、廢物或廢液清除不當；
工程各部分或其內(nèi)表面出現(xiàn)潮濕
4.使用安全
建筑工程的設(shè)計和施工不得造成操作或使用過程中出現(xiàn)諸如滑移、跌落、碰撞、燒傷、觸電、爆炸受傷等不能接受的事故危險。
5.噪音防護
建筑工程的設(shè)計和施工必須使工程范圍內(nèi)的人員及附近居民能覺察出來的噪音控制在低水平，使他們的健康不受威脅并能讓他們在令人滿意的環(huán)境中睡眠、休息及工作。
6.節(jié)能及保溫
根據(jù)當?shù)貧夂驐l件及人員情況，建筑工程及其供暖、制冷、通風裝置必須在設(shè)計和施工上保證使用盡可能少的所需能量。
